There was a full house on October 23 when SUNY Purchase Professor and Jazz musician Peter Malinverni brought his students to entertain Broadview residents. The band, Malinverni on keyboard, and students Luke Seto on Saxaphone, Zen Lee on bass and Joey Porth on drums gave a great performance in addition to a tutorial on music composition. Thanks to Jayne Kaplan and the Broadview Music Committee for arranging the entertainment.

On Monday, Oct 20, we came together at Matura Salon for Think Pink Stripes—a beautiful afternoon of support and community. 💕

Each pink stripe meant a donation from Matura to the Breast Cancer Foundation, and our halls were filled with pink outfits, sweet treats, and heartfelt moments honoring survivors and remembering those we’ve lost. 🎗️

A beautiful blend of creativity and kindness unfolded at High Point as Yoshimi, our wonderful Aquatic Exercise Instructor at Broadview, volunteered her time to teach residents the delicate art of Origami! With laughter, patience, and bright smiles all around, paper transformed into masterpieces — and hearts were filled with joy.
