This week, Broadview’s woodshop became a space for connection and creativity. 🔨

Purchase College, SUNY students, accompanied by Professor Steve Lambert (Digital Design & Fabrication), spent time learning alongside residents who have a deep love for craftsmanship. 👏

Together, they shared techniques, stories, and a mutual appreciation for creating—proving that inspiration flows both ways.

Yesterday, we were pleased to welcome physician leaders from White Plains Hospital (WPH) to Broadview for Neighbors in Health. Nearly 60 Broadview residents joined us for a thoughtful and engaging conversation about health, partnership, and community care.

Thank you to our panelists and moderator for sharing their expertise, and to our residents for the wonderful questions and lively discussion. The program was very well received, and we look forward to continuing this meaningful partnership through future Neighbors in Health conversations. 💙

Proud to partner with the Hudson Valley Alzheimer’s Association as they celebrate an extraordinary year of impact 💜

We were honored to host the Walk Champions Celebration at Broadview at Purchase College and to recognize the dedication of the 2025 Walk Champions. Thanks to supporters across the region, the Hudson Valley Alzheimer’s Association raised more than $1.2 million — exceeding their goal and helping advance critical support, education, and resources for individuals and families impacted by Alzheimer’s and dementia.

At Broadview, we’re grateful to stand alongside this mission — and through our High Point Center for Care, we also support families locally with Assisted Living and Memory Care designed to provide compassionate, person-centered support for those living with memory loss.

Thank you again to the Hudson Valley Alzheimer’s Association for your partnership and attention to detail as we celebrate this incredible milestone. 💜

On Sunday, Jan. 11th, 14 girls from the Mount Vernon Daisy/Brownie Troop 1640 visited the residents of the High Point Center of Care. 💚
In honor of National Lego Day on Jan. 28th, the girls and several residents worked together to create their own masterpieces, ranging from hotels, spaceships, and houses.
This teambuilding exercise benefited both residents and the girls alike, combining imagination with dexterity, laughter, and hugs all around. ☺
