It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of North Arkansas Counseling Foundation. It has been a great pleasure serving our community's mental health care needs over the years, and it is not an easy decision for us to give it up.

We have valued our mission and our generous sponsors greatly. Thank you for the opportunity to serve our wonderful community over the years.

For former clients: Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another counselor or released to you or to another person you designate only with your permission. If you need to request a copy of your records, please email nacounselingfoundation@gmail.com as quickly as possible upon presentation of a signed release. Your records will continue to be on file for a period of 6 years after your last appointment available through our record custodian reachable at nacounselingfoundation@gmail.com.
