Before and 3 months after a primary cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty to address a crooked nose, dorsal hump, and her breathing. Even though her nose is smaller, her breathing is much improved. By using cartilage from the septum, I created a better functioning, prettier nose. Before the nose drew attention away from her beautiful features, and now her other features can shine ✨ She will continue to see more definition in the tip of the nose as swelling continues to go down over the course of a year.

Upper blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) to remove excess skin, seen before and after 3 months. Incisions are very well hidden within the crease of the eyelid. Scars will fade to very fine white lines (almost invisible) over the course of a year. The eyes look awake and refreshed. What do you think?
