Register your team online and get your friends to sponsor your ambitions - and our favorite sports org! (Pssss... and spread the word to the strong folks you know!)

Our Christmas in July Foam Party Luau was a HIT, thanks to our many friends!
🫧Carter Grace Foundation funded the bubble fun, courtesy of Glow Monkey Entertainment!
🍔Anstaff Bank donated and cooked the burgers!
🥤Harps Food Stores - Harrison, AR and Main Street Merchandise Outlet also donated food and drinks!
🎅Santa came by and gave everyone a beach towel for Christmas in July! 🏖
And it wouldn't have all happened without the support of donors and volunteers: Jennifer Capshaw, Donna Caughron, Ryan Caughron, Pam Hadley, Chloe McFarland, Harold Plumlee and Tony White.

If you’ve been paying attention to our calendars, we’ve been doing a series on “This Healthy Life” for several months now. Topics have included exercise and nutrition classes, of course, but also things like stress management and coping skills, changing bad habits for better ones, dental health, and other aspects of physical, emotional and mental health.

Today, we announced the winners of our Healthy Lifestyle Challenge!

Mr. Bob Brown of the Carter Grace Foundation helped lead some of our sessions, and joined Ms Amanda (our Program Coordinator) today to present the awards. We especially wish to thank Carter Grace for providing generous cash prizes for these winners. But really, anyone who improves their health is a winner, don’t you agree?
