In this sequence, we break down the steps to safely guide your client into the Half Hanging position on the Cadillac. ⬇️

1️⃣ Start with your client lying down on the mat.
2️⃣ Assist them in placing their feet in the straps, using your thighs for support.
3️⃣ Ensure the straps are secure before slowly releasing them into position.
4️⃣ Once settled, provide a gentle stretch, being mindful of their back and hips.

Pilates Glow and Yoga is a warm and inviting place to live your practice of Pilates or Yoga or both! There is Pilates equipment in the front of the studio and a separate room in the back for yoga class and Pilates mat classes. Come in and try it for yourself!
