Yesterday was my last day at A Bowl of Good - and I'm just as shocked about it as I probably look in these pictures! These people have been my family for the last five years. They've supported me as I went to massage school, mentored me as I started my business, and created a beautiful community for me and all of their employees. I'm so grateful that I've gotten to be a part of this place.
But, I've been sensing for a while that it's time to go full time with Sister Wolf, and so the adventure continues! Thank you to Katrina Jill Hunsberger Didot and Marlena Coburn for supporting and nurturing me from the very first day I moved to Harrisonburg. And thank you to Marielis Leon Mirabal for the incredible cake (and wonderful friendship!) 💚

Hello dear ones! I am sick this morning and had to cancel my appointments today, which is never fun. I'm drinking lots of tea and snuggling in my snuggliest of blankets in the hopes of being better for my Friday and Saturday sessions.

I like to think of the stones as my friends ♥️ Basalt stones are incredibly grounding and calming, so I incorporate them in almost every session for no charge. I just love working with them!
