What started with Pilates and yoga has now expanded to offer everything from meditation to TRX, and we’ve added an infrared sauna, private gym+trainers, physical therapist and massage therapist, and reiki master all on site for you.

Yoga & the Chakras – Weekend Teacher Training (8 CEUs)
4 x 2 hour segments Saturday & Sunday

Saturday Morning: Chakras 101 + Root and Sacral; Embodied Practice
Saturday Afternoon: Solar Plexus; Teacher Practice + Integration
Sunday Morning: Heart & Throat; Embodied Practice
Sunday Afternoon: Third Eye & Crown; Teacher Practice + Integration
Purpose:
To introduce yoga teachers to the chakra system in a clear, approachable way and show them how to begin incorporating chakra-based themes, cueing, and sequencing into their classes. This training provides foundational understanding and simple, practical tools teachers can apply right away, while laying the groundwork for deeper study if they choose.

Did you know? founded our studios over 2️⃣0️⃣❗️years ago, and has been at the helm for 3️⃣. We started with yoga and Pilates.
Today, we bring you 20+ classes a week-yoga, barre, Pilates, TRX, meditation, reiki, massage, sauna sessions, physical therapy and a private gym. We rarely celebrate 🎉 just BEING here with you all. It’s our honor to share these studios with you! Thank you to every single one of our teachers through the years that has shared their magic here, and to our incredibly dedicated clients…we LOVE ❤️ you!!! To many more!
