Take a deep dive in this 9 week course designed to build upon itself over the course of 3 monthly classes for 3 months.

Exploring Vinyasa - 9 week limited series
Join Sarah for a special, 9-session, vinyasa-style class meeting this fall. Meeting 3 weeks each in September, October and November, participants are invited to arrive with their curiosity and their yoga mat in tow - ready to ponder new concepts, flow in creative ways, and explore both familiar and (perhaps) some new-to-you asanas. Classes will build on each other in a 3 week cycle (weeks 1,2,3, weeks 4,5,6, and weeks 7,8,9), so participants are encouraged to sign up accordingly, although it will be possible to sign up for single sessions as well. All levels are welcome and variations and modifications will be offered throughout. Some prior yoga experience may be helpful.

Thursdays at 7 pm
Class dates: September 11, 18, 25.
October 9, 16, 23.
November 6, 13, 20.

Hint: It usually isn’t about going deeper or stretching more.

PhysioSTRIDE is a system of analyzing and improving gait, posture and breath to help alleviate pain, heal injuries, build strength and improve balance.
The PhysioSTRIDE system of analyzing how we walk, stand and sit has numerous physical benefits from healing plantar fasciitis and back pain, to helping prevent falls in older adults. Individuals with chronic pain and mobility issues including scoliosis, knock knee, orthopedic surgeries of all kinds, osteoporosis, arthritis and more, have benefited from the results of PhysioSTRIDE.

We’ll practice walking and you’ll be given specific take home exercises in order to infiltrate new habits and a more balanced body. PhysioSTRIDE is suitable for all ages and physical abilities.

🔥What is TRX?
Flexibility: Yes. TRX training is great for flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Aerobic: Yes. Although suspension training is a strength workout, you’ll almost certainly find your heart pounding after even a brief session. The workout’s creators also offer a “TRX Cardio Circuit” workout.

Strength: Yes. Suspension training pushes your strength in unique ways. Be prepared to use muscles you didn’t know you had!

Sport: No.

Low-Impact: Yes. There’s little lower-body impact with suspension training.
