Welcome to our new PA Jamee "Alena" Noel! We are so happy and excited for you to join our team.

Alena Noel, PA-C, is a proud “Double Duke”, having earned both her BS in Health Sciences with a minor in Biology, and her MPAS from James Madison University. She loves all things JMU and definitely still bleeds purple.
She is a Virginia native and has called Harrisonburg home for many years. She began her professional career in gastroenterology, and then geriatric primary care before joining our group where she now treats both podiatry and general orthopedic patients. Orthopedics has been a long-time interest of hers and she is excited to be a part of the team here.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her daughter and their dog. She enjoys making adventures out of day trips, opportunities to explore new places, spending time with family and friends, and documenting those memories via photography.

Hess Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is currently seeking a Registered radiologic technologist. (Registration must be current and active with the ARRT). Required Licensing with the Virginia Board of Medicine.
- obtain imaging for busy orthopedic clinic, as well as fluoroscopy for both pain management and operating room.
- Any task associated with radiology (including dosimetry records, keeping up to date inspections on machines, etc.)
- Other office tasks as needed.

This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday 8-5. The clinic offers PTO and 401K.

Job duties include but not limited to:
Busy multi-specialty practice with 8 providers seeks a Full-Time Medical Office Assistant with varied responsibilities in the clinic.
Medical Office Assistant will be responsible for the following:
• Answering phones and triaging patient questions.
• Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Scanning medical records and posting to the appropriate area within the EMR patient chart.
• Communicating with insurance representatives, when required.
• Scheduling patient appointments.
• Assisting clinical staff/providers with referrals to off-site services (PT, Radiology, other healthcare providers).
• Assisting clinical staff with communication of patient questions to the healthcare providers.

We welcome Stephanie Findley, FNP-BC, to the practice! She will be joining our Pain Management team.

Stephanie is a graduate from James Madison University Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN) as well as JMU’s RN to BSN programs. She is also an alumna from Blue Ridge Community College Associate degree nursing program. She is a native of Rockingham County and grew up active in the county 4-H and FFA programs.

As a Registered Nurse her experience was in Interventional Radiology with a focus on neck and spine procedures.
Stephanie specializes in Pain Management, evaluating and treating patients with chronic pain of the spine, joints, abdomen, pelvis, and other areas of the body. Her focus is on improving function and quality of life with non-opioid medications, physical therapy, injections, and other procedures.
