My twin girls love to help me teach other mamas how to nurse their babies so hopefully it’s comfortable, efficient, and enjoyable. Before long they will be able to demonstrate the cross cradle hold for me 🤣 I support whatever YOU decide to do regarding how to feed your baby- I’m here to offer support not judgement 😘 Newborn Bootcamp is designed to educate families so they feel empowered to make whatever decisions needed following the arrival of their precious baby. .

Breastfeeding Cafe has been RE-BRANDED to be more supportive, inclusive, welcoming, and non-judgmental!!! We are excited to announce “4th Trimester Community Cafe” will be meeting EVERY Wednesday from Noon-1pm at Hygge Wellness clinic space! We are bringing an A+ Team of Female Wellness Entrepreneurs and Practitioners to help support Mamas and babies during what we call the 4th Trimester! Come as you are and bring a friend! Motherhood is not meant to be done alone but with a supportive village!! Our community is here for EVERYONE 🩷🩵💜🤎💚💛🧡❤️

I need you all’s opinion!! I’m collapsing my 4 class series of Newborn and Breastfeeding Education into ONE 3hr BOOTCAMP covering Babies, Breastfeeding, & Bottles bc I want to empower families to learn about all three and then decide what works for them while providing a judgement free space to express their goals but not be afraid to change those goals as their own “Joyous Chaos” unfolds 😉
My question- what day/time should I offer this BOOTCAMP?
Friday 6-9pm
Saturday 830-1130am
Weeknight 6-9pm

I am BEYOND excited to announce a Pediatric Partnership of Joyous Chaos & Mountain Ridge Pediatrics for 2024! In hopes of offering more post partum and newborn support to families in the Shenandoah Valley I have partnered with Mountain Ridge Pediatrics to offer in-office lactation and feeding/newborn consultations on Tuesdays starting Jan 9th! I have also officially published my new website www.joyouschaos.com with an online appointment scheduling feature to make it easier for Mamas to request a consult- that being said if you are having issues with online scheduling please text or call me as this is a new endeavor for me as well :) I have also included the ability to sign up for prenatal education classes, or a private "newborn boot camp" session before your new baby arrives! I am forever grateful for this incredible community for helping spread the word of my in-home consultations and newborn classes over the past 3 years! Word of mouth referrals are the heartbeat of my business and I appreciate all of my clients more than I can ever express! Thank you to the incredible pediatricians at Mountain Ridge Pediatrics for allowing me to partner with you so we can continue to improve our community support of newborns and their families!
