Thank you to everyone who has shared the first post. Mom wrote a thank you that she wanted me to share.

Sometimes when I sit back I am amazed how blessed I am. I have a wonderful love, great boys and future daughter in law. A family that cares for me and a grandson that makes me laugh. Not to mention a gracious work family who helps me in so many ways.
I know things will work out either for me personally or others who need organs! I try my best to positive as I have all my life. People ask me do I get down or sad at times ? Truthfully I do. I have learned and decided not to live in a negative zone. How could I with all these great people in my life!! Thank you for all the kind words, prayers,shares, and forms filled out. Your time in doing so has and continues to mean so much! Thank you. Thank you!

Hi everyone, Family and friends of Stacy Harper have created this page in hopes of finding a living liver donation for Stacy.

As some of you know, Stacy was diagnosed with NASH Cirrhosis early into her 30’s. While the diagnosis was frightening and serious, being a nurse, she continued to do the things that we all love her unconditionally for, namely, being an amazing mother, friend, and human being in general. She continued on with the business of life, continuing to monitor her health while dealing with the sickness, bleeding, exhaustion that comes along with this disease.

Despite the difficulties my mom has faced over the years, she continued to cultivate a life full of joy and she feels very blessed for the time she has had so far. Anyone who knows mom knows that one of her favorite things is being a nurse and caring for anyone and everyone that she can. She truly embodies everything that it means to be a nurse. It is also one of the things that makes this process difficult for her. She has always believed that she should be the one who takes care of her friends and family. This is a difficult request for that nurse inside of my mom but we are now reaching out and asking for your help to give this gift back to Stacy as her Liver disease progresses.

We would greatly appreciate if friends and family could share this page and help us spread the word for Stacy. If you have ever considered donation or know anyone who has, please reach out to me or have that person contact via this page.

Stacy has always believed in helping people and creating a difference in the lives of those who need help. I believe we can accomplish that same thing for her in this time of need.
