All you fellow “country backroad” living folks... If you’re a client and have an appointment today, please be safe. I’m at the office but the roads this morning are indeed still covered and icy.

Text me if you need telehealth instead.

I wrote a book!

It’s called “Loving You is Hurting Me,” and it’s available NOW for pre-sale. It’s about unraveling our past relationship trauma and attachment wounds that create trauma bonds with our partners.

There’s a lot of good stuff in there:

- My personal journey toward healing childhood trauma
- Clinical examples and stories of healing and transformation
- Meditations and journal prompts for self-reflection
- Strategies for self-healing you can immediately start using
- Exercises to help process your trauma or attachment wounds
- Visuals and graphics that guide your path
- And a roadmap to Transformative Growth

My publisher, Hachette (one of the leading publishers in the world), partnered with Barnes & Noble to offer 25% off the pre-sale launch, which starts TODAY and runs until Friday.

If you’re a member (it’s also free to sign up), you can use the code PREORDER25 at checkout. But this discount is only available through FRIDAY.

VISIT THIS LINK AND ORDER YOURS TODAY!

Also, please share with a friend who also may benefit from this book.

Want to be in a relationship again but scared to? Or wondering whether you should go or stay in the one you have? (Either way, you’re not alone!)

Then you should sign up for the summit, Love After Abuse: Finding Safety And Trust In Relationships.

My colleague, Ireen Ninonuevo, has brought together 20+ top experts for this complimentary training series on avoiding toxic relationships, getting healthy boundaries (including financial), and trusting your choices.

And you can get complimentary access to all of it by clicking here: https://summit.loveafterabuseseries.com/laura

If you’re anything like me, then freedom means a lot to you.

The freedom from self sabotage and shame.

The freedom to make decisions without second guessing your choices.

The freedom to be authentic without fear of getting hurt again.

The freedom from the heavy weight that your body feels because of the past

The freedom to set boundaries that respect yourself while letting people in

The freedom to connect and love again.

The freedom from someone hurting you financially

The freedom to choose what you believe in instead of the hurtful past making unhelpful
choices for you.

Is it possible to have all that? Absolutely, it is. I see it happen for the people I work with.

BUT is it as easy as some people make it out to be?

Hardly. And it’s downright impossible if you don’t have anyone to guide you through the steps.

It breaks my heart to hear about people who have spent years trying - but failing to recover from the impact of relationship abuse.

You see, it’s not enough to just talk about things. Here’s what everyone should tell you about recovering from relationship abuse:

You have to take steps.

That’s why I’m so excited for Love After Abuse. It’s 14 straight days of insight and advice from 20+ experts who have been doing this for years.

Every day, each speaker will give you an action step you can start right away to have safety and trust in your relationships.

Simple, effective steps that could change the way you see yourself, the way you deal with the past, and help you be in the here and now instead of worrying about the future. (Aren’t you tired of that?)

It’s no cost to you, but you have to save your seat to get access: https://summit.loveafterabuseseries.com/laura

With my best,

Laura Copley
