This is a helpful list for your at home use. Our favorites at the spa are a combination of lavender and bergamot. Peppermint is great for headaches and tension. A general rule is to smell the oil first, if you don’t enjoy the smell at all then your body probably doesn’t need it. We’d be happy to have you try any of these listed or make you an essential oil roller as well. Let us know how we may help facilitate your daily healing needs. 🌿
