Full-Time Program Coordinator (DSP) $16.00/hr.
Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) $15.00/hr.
Part-Time/PRN Direct Support Professional (DSP) $14.00/hr.

Position supports adults with developmental disabilities in becoming more integrated in their community by maximizing the person's strengths, interests, and abilities. Supports may occur in a variety of settings (in-home, community supports, etc.) and may include personal care, assistance with ADLs, teaching/developing skills, advocating with individuals, assisting in communication and self-expression and ultimately supporting the individual in meeting his or her goals. Position requires flexibility and the ability to adjust to the changing of needs or activities.

This position requires a background check and clean driving record. CPR/First Aid and Medication Management certificate a plus, but willing to train. Position also requires lifting, reaching, bending and the ability to walk easily on stairs or other uneven terrain. Director (Salaried Position)

CC and Associates (DBA Collins and Collins, Inc.) is hiring a full-time Director. This is a salaried position supporting adults with developmental disabilities in becoming more integrated into their community by maximizing the person's strengths, interests, and abilities. This position provides administrative support in a variety of tasks for our Direct Support Professionals and Coordinators, as well as other administrative employees to support individuals in contributing to the community and developing relationships by supporting individuals to direct their own activities and create a meaningful life. The Director will be charged with creating and monitoring persons served abilities to be fully included in every aspect of community life by maintaining adequate staffing patterns, creating plans for support, monitoring PFS, providing direct care as needed, and agency on-call rotations. Additionally, the Community Director is responsible for monitoring of agency systems which meet requirements of licensing and funding agencies.
