We provide free STI testing & treatment and pregnancy testing and confirmation – so she knows for sure. We advocate for our patients, validate their concerns, and provide answers to their questions – no matter what they decide. At AVA Care, we understand the difficulty of facing an unintended pregnancy. We believe that information empowers. We strive to provide you/her with objective sexual health education so she can make a confident and informed decision if she has a positive test. Long story short, we are her clinic for pregnancy testing and decisions. We are here to confirm her pregnancy, advocate for her, validate her concerns, and provide answers to her questions. We are here for her – no matter what she decides.

What makes AVA Care's STI testing & treatment services different? We asked our patients and there's a lot more where these came from.

In 2025, we were thankful to have received the Sentara Cares Grant for a third year which helps to fund our STI program through which we provide testing for up to 10 different infections as well as sexual health consultations with a holistic approach at no cost to our patients.
