Ysabel was born in Mexico and immigrated to the US when she was a teen. After graduating from Harrisonburg High School, Ysabel sought out a career in the dental world and is a certified medical interpreter. She's been a dental assistant for 16 years!

Ysabel loves spending time with her husband, Gabriel, and their two daughters, Andrea and Sofia, as well as their cat, Leo. In her free time, Ysabel enjoys cooking and party planning.

✨ Tooth Tip Tuesday ✨

Many patients believe the dental implant process is super complicated or they aren't the ideal candidate for implant replacement. Dental implant replacement can be a fairly easy process taking only 2 to 3 steps for most patients. Very few patients are unable to have dental implant replacement due to various health concerns. Most patients can be successfully treated with dental implants to restore their smile. If you don't have enough bone, Dr. Kesecker will use different methods of bone grafting to provide adequate support and stability to the implant. 🦷

✨ Before & After Hybrid Implants ✨

Hybrid implants refer to a dental replacement system that combines the advantages of both dental implants and dentures. Hybrid dental implants are a great alternative to traditional dentures as they provide patients a more functional and aesthetically pleasing alternative.

This patient presented to the office with terminal maxillary and mandibular dentition and chronic severe periodontal disease. Dr. Kesecker extracted all remaining teeth, and performed bilateral alveoloplasty of both the maxilla and mandible. Utilizing Chrome Guided Smiles from ROE Dental Laboratory, Dr. Kesecker placed ZimVie TSX tapered dental implants in both the maxilla and mandible. The patient left with same day teeth!

Dr. Kesecker was able to restore this patient's smile and overall quality of life!
