Natalie has been the main receptionist for the HFM Zone Program and we are so thankful for the care and dedication she had for the patients in this office. Today is her last day at HFM and we want to wish her all the best as she moves forward to a new job opportunity!

Next up for our Employee spotlight, we have our newest team member, Astrid Melendrez! Astrid is a medical assistant supporting Nurse Practitioner Trevor Harvey and has been with HFM for one month. She is hardworking, generous, and very courteous. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym and running. Her favorite thing about working at HFM is how nice and supportive everyone is. An interesting fact about Astrid is that she loves stuffed animals.

For this month’s employee spotlight, we have Debbie Weese! Debbie is a patient representative and has been with HFM for three years. She is kind, funny, and wonderfully supportive of everyone. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and hiking. Her favorite thing about working at HFM is the family atmosphere, everyone’s sense of humor, and helping and getting to know our patients. An interesting fact about Debbie is she has seventeen grandchildren and only moved to this area with her husband four years ago.

Thank you, Debbie for the joy and laughter you bring to the office, and your willingness to always help wherever needed. We appreciate all you do for our clinic!

For our next employee spotlight, we have Tracey Roepke! Tracey is a Referral Coordinator and has been with HFM for nine years. She is kind, generous, and very dedicated to her work. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and four dogs. Her favorite thing about working at HFM is helping patients with their specialist referrals. An interesting fact about Tracey is that she collects all sorts of pig memorabilia.

To start off this month’s employee spotlight, we have Caitlyn Holdeman! Caitlyn is an NRCMA, assisting Nurse Practitioner, Amy Gibbens. She has been with HFM for two years. She is kind, generous, tenacious, and highly dedicated to her patients. In her spare time, she enjoys crocheting, spending time with her kids, taking walks, playing board games, building Legos and doing puzzles. Her favorite thing about working at HFM is “learning new things about functional medicine and helping our patients the best we can.” Something people may not know about Caitlyn is that after having health issues she is now learning how to ride a bike.

Thank you, Caitlyn for your commitment to our patients and this office, your caring heart, and all the hard work you put forth each day. We appreciate all you do for our clinic!

We had the opportunity to participate in the Harrisonville schools staff vendor fair today. It was great meeting with all the staff as they gear up for a new school year. Thank you Harrisonville High School for having us. We hope you all have a great year!

Next up for this month’s employee spotlight, we have Shelia Carl! Shelia is a Referrals Patient Representative and has been with HFM for just over a year now. She is funny, kind, and very hardworking. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, singing, playing the piano, and spending time with her family. Her favorite thing about working at HFM is the family atmosphere and how everyone is professional and friendly. An interesting fact about Sheila is that she went to a private school and toured with the choir performing in St. Louis and Washington D.C.
