Health and wellness have been lifelong passions of mine, inspired early on by my father who taught me the value of nutritious eating and staying active. er 20 years, I worked as a public school teacher, guiding hundreds of students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Over time, I realized that my true calling extended beyond the classroom. I wanted to help people of all ages live healthier, happier lives in a more personal and transformative way. That desire led me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I graduated in February 2012. During my year of study, I explored more than 100 dietary theories and learned from leading doctors, researchers, and wellness experts in the field of integrative health. The holistic approach I gained has equipped me with the tools to support individuals in creating sustainable, balanced lifestyles that nourish both body and mind. As a certified health coach, I’m here to guide and empower you on your wellness journey — whether you're looking to boost your energy, improve your eating habits, reduce stress, or simply feel more in control of your health.
