Thank you everyone who prayed, meditated, thought of and wished for Doug's wellness. And to the staff at the UK ER, thank you for believing me when I said "there is something there that doesn't belong"! The surgeon (Dr. Pittman at UK) and his staff, the Medical team, Oncology team and all the nurses and technicians were wonderful!! They were able to get all of this tumor and since it was so close to the brain stem we all worried it would impact a great deal of his motor, hearing, sight, and speech functions but the impacts were minimal. Very early detection worked!!! He was transferred to Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation hospital August 1st and it looks like he will be coming home soon. His hard work and great techs have done wonders. Now on to permanent healing!! They have given him many treatment options, plus we know the food and herbals will help. The store isn't open yet but my hopes are it will be soon. Please be patient, I will post open information when the time is right.
UPDATE: HE COMES HOME SUNDAY!!!

Tough days ahead for Panther Totem Blessings. We will be closed for at least the next 3 weeks due to Doug's unforseen brain surgery coming up on Monday. A surgery normally not done on someone 78 years old (79 in September) is being done because he was determined very healthy otherwise. Even when the world throws carcinogens in our path, there are still reasons to eat right, take herbals seriously and be active.
Recovery and TLC will be needed when he comes back to the farm. Hold him in your thoughts please.

Panther Totem Blessings will be back up and running the 10th of February. Just had to readjust business model. Several changes, but still have herbs, honey and BEMER and Consultation services. Thank you all for being patient and some giving me great advice for this restructuring.
No natural lotions or tinctures going forward will be made or sold. I know my lotions have helped many get past pain and skin issues, however the cost to produce, abide by state and federal laws and more just doesn't work. Sorry. I will be teaching classes in the barn again this year so you may learn how to make your own. Keep watching this page for scheduled times.
