We’re excited to share that FMC now has a new phone system designed to improve customer service and help us assist patients more quickly and efficiently.
When you call, the system may ask a few questions to verify who’s calling and better direct your needs. It can help with scheduling appointments, requesting prescription refills, and processing referrals.
A few helpful tips for the best experience:
• Have your prescription name ready if calling for a refill (helpful, but not required)
• Listen closely to the prompts so we can route you to the right place
• If you’d simply like to speak with our front desk team, the system can connect you to the appropriate person
Because the system is new, you may notice brief pauses while it gathers information from your chart or records notes. That’s normal, and part of helping us serve you more accurately.
