The owner, Deb Windell, expanded the facility in 2013 by adding a 8,000 sq.ft. fitness facility with fitness classes to fit all your work-out needs. Whether looking for therapy, gym membership or swim lessons....YOU have the choice of what fits best into your life and daily schedule! Lakeside Family Fitness Hours at 39 S State St, Hart:
Monday - Thursday 5am-8pm
Friday 5am-6pm
Saturday 6am-2pm

Lakeside Comprehensive Rehabilitation Hours at 610 E Main St, Hart:
Monday - Thursday 6am-8pm
Friday 6am-6pm
Saturday 7am-12pm

BLT with 6 strips of bacon, lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, sour dough bread and choice of cheese.
