Today at Charter Oak Health Center, we were honored to welcome Governor Ned Lamont and Lt. Gov. Susan Bysiewicz, along with DPH Commissioner Dr. Manisha Juthani, DOI Commissioner Andrew N. Mais, and DCP Commissioner Bryan T. Cafferelli. Together, they reassured our community that COVID-19 vaccines remain available and accessible to everyone in Connecticut.

As a trusted community health center serving thousands of Hartford residents, we are proud to stand with state leaders to ensure equitable access to care. The Connecticut Hospital Association applauded these efforts, and State Sen. Dr. Saud Anwar encouraged everyone to protect themselves this season with flu and COVID shots.

Charter Oak Health Center is here to support your mental health needs with compassion, confidentiality, and respect.

We offer walk-in intake appointments Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

During your intake, our team will learn about your needs, concerns, and goals, then connect you to the right care. This may include individual therapy, group therapy, family counseling, medication management, or addiction services. We proudly serve patients ages 3 and up.

Charter Oak would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for your support in making this year’s fair a tremendous success!

The resources you provided to our patients and community were truly invaluable. This event would not have been possible without your generosity and commitment.

Thanks to your contributions, we welcomed over 300 attendees, conducted numerous blood pressure screenings and chair massages, served more than 400 hot dogs, and brought joy through face painting, raffled paint kits for children, live music, and a special appearance by the Yard Goats mascot, who was a crowd favorite!
