This week, Charter Oak Health Center was honored to host a roundtable focused on ending homelessness in Connecticut. Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness and several incredible organizations that provide prevention services, housing solutions, and hope for thousands of residents.

Together, we explored ways to strengthen our response to the homelessness crisis and ensure that every person has access to safe, stable housing.
