As we settle into the holidays with all the excitement, and traditions, the holidays can feel extra full and heavy for some. —especially when you’re pregnant or newly postpartum. Your body is growing, healing, and adjusting, and that work matters.
This season, give yourself permission to:
• Skip events if your body needs rest
• Say no to visitors or conversations that feel like too much
• Eat, sleep, and move in ways that feel supportive
• Create slower, softer traditions
• lean on your support team
