LONG POST!!! So after so many years of toiling and being afraid, I finally stepped put on FAITH! I have always had a love for helping people and after becoming a mother and seeing a great need for not only those who look like me, but BELIEVE like me, God opened a door for me to train as a Doula and Breastfeeding Counselor! As of today I am certified in both and want to share my latest venture!

James Roy is a husband and father to two children, who has a God given
desire to support men with the tools and the knowledge to cover their
families. Since his honorable discharge from the Navy in 2013, James has
been working with youth throughout the state of Connecticut. Graduating
with a Certification in Addiction Counseling in 2016 and then a Bachelor’s
in Psychology and Public Health in 2021, James wants to serve his
community. In May of 2023, James was ordained an Elder and desires to serve
God above all else. With his drive to serve God, James wants to fulfill the
vision that God gave him, and his wife, of providing supports for Christian
families on the journey of having children.

Jazmine Roy, an ordained Evangelist who saw a need in her community and
wanted to provide doula services to Christian and like-minded women and
their families. A wife and a mother of two beautiful children, she is a
servant of God above all else. Jazmine graduated from Capital Community
College in 2009 with an associate's liberal arts. She would then go on to
graduate from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s in
Psychology. With a love of supporting new mothers on their journey, Jazmine
decided to pursue her doula certificate. As of December 2023, she is a
Certified Breastfeeding Consultant and Birth Doula. Jazmine strives to
accomplish the vision that God gave her, and her husband, of providing
supports for Christian families on the journey of having children.
