SOUND AS MEDICINE. 🌀 This immersive Nada Yoga & Vibration Therapy Certification introduces the foundations of sound healing through vibration, voice, and sacred instruments. You’ll gain hands on experience, explore chakra-based practices, and receive exclusive access to custom ritual infused singing bowls and tools. Step into stillness and let yourself be carried by sound. KELVIN IS BACK (one of our very first collaborators since we started in 2020!), joined by the lovely Maria Del Carmen. During a sound healing session, Kelvin & Maria will play crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, chimes, and other healing instruments to activate the relaxation response; calming your mind, relaxing your body, feeling your emotions, and nourishing your soul.

The meditative sounds promote healing from chronic stress, muscle tension, addictive behaviors, sleep disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, stuck emotions, unprocessed trauma, high blood pressure, and other stress-related chronic health conditions.

Together, we’ll create a safe space for you to connect with your body, emotions, and intuition - for rejuvenation, mental clarity, and insight.

howwwww long have we been talking about cozy movie nights at afterglow? years. finally, MOVIE NIGHT is here! we’ll be dimming the lights, firing up the projector, and serving freshly popped popcorn. come in your comfy clothes, bring a friend and a fun beverage, and settle in at our new space, little glow! ✨

we’ll be showing lost in america (1985), a classic albert brooks comedy about a high-powered couple who quit their jobs to drop out and rediscover freedom... only to find that reinvention doesn’t go exactly as planned. a clever, classic comedy about walking away from everything, and how fast that perfect plan can fall apart.

becca’s first class is TONIGHT at 6pm! she is the chillest person on this planet. we wish we had an ounce of her chill but maybe we can get it by taking her FLOW class, every wednesday at 6 ✨

she’s taking over for our dear - don’t worry, he’s not going anywhere! just stepping back for a hot sec as we invest our time into bodywork + massage at . he’ll be back with a bang before you know it.
