hands on assists provide direct physical guidance to better inform your yoga practice. they improve your alignment, stability, and proprioception. as creatures of habit, we like to do things the way we’ve always done them, but we can’t always see our own blind spots. hands-on helps, so… we are a big hands on studio (with consent, of course!). 🤲

while you will probably see hands-on offered in most classes, we’ve got two specialty HANDS ON ASSIST classes per week. two teachers are in the room to guide you and offer some extra informative touch.

We invite you the very first SPACE [sharing pure authentic connection everywhere] with and . The intention of SPACE is to create an environment to hold space for each other with safety + trust. Together, we build a community of people with the shared intention of doing just that wherever we may find ourselves. We’re here to support each other, have fun, connect, and be our most authentic selves while we explore powerful themes that we can all relate to.  

You’ll be guided through questions + conversation, experience immersive sound healing + light projection, and have time afterwards to hang and integrate. We hope that these gatherings can offer authentic connection and a place for you to land, listen, be heard, and expand. 🌀

We will not be doing yoga, but we recommend bringing your own yoga mat for the sound bath portion of the evening as well as a journal if you’d like.
