It’s been a while since I’ve posted, life happens. But one of the crate accomplishments of this year for my practice is expanding into Washington DC. The last day of Black History Month I’m posting this photo of this country music show on Apple Music. more than four years ago in 2020 with the antiracist test broke out in response to the murders of George Floyd and other Black people by the police; not only there was a call for justice and reform to minimize anything like that happen again it was also a call to explore educate oneself about black culture. So many industries, disciplines, crafts, that include black people. My worldview has been refined and enlightened by learning about their experience and I hope my presence brings comfort. Oh yeah follow Rissi Palmer and Color me country on everything; Black History Always.
