We reflected on the year—what a wonderful span.

As the clock ticked closer to midnight’s cheer,
We welcomed new hopes for the coming New Year.
Health, joy, and laughter—may they fill every day,

✨ Hartford Estates Moments ✨

🧩 Mrs. Mary has been working so hard on this puzzle with the help of our wonderful staff, and she’s finally finished it! What a great accomplishment and teamwork all around.

🌸 Mrs. Susan was gifted this beautiful potpourri and asked staff to let it simmer this evening. House 2 is now filled with the most amazing, cozy scent—it truly feels like home.

It’s the little moments like these that bring so much joy to our residents and staff alike 💙

🎄 ’Twas the Night Before Christmas at Hartford Estates 🎄

’Twas the night before Christmas, throughout Hartford Estates,
Not a resident was stirring… well, maybe a plate or two of treats. 🍪
The halls were all glowing with lights shining bright,
With laughter and cheer filling hearts with delight.

The residents were nestled all cozy in bed,
While visions of family and memories danced in their heads.
The staff made their rounds with such love and great care,
Spreading warmth, kindness, and holiday flair. ❤️

From crafts made with joy to carols sung loud,
To shared smiles that made us all feel so proud.
Each laugh, each hug, each moment we share,
Reminds us the season is love everywhere.

So from all of us here, both residents and staff,
We wish you a Christmas filled with joy, peace, and laughs.
🎅🎁 Merry Christmas from our Hartford Estates family to yours! 🎁🎅

Everyone at Hartford Estates got to open their presents today from their angels 🎁✨
So much excitement, so much laughter, and so many smiles from our residents ❤️😊

We also had so much fun playing Would You Rather: Christmas Edition, Guess the Christmas Picture, and Christmas Jeopardy 🎄🎅🧠
To top it all off, everyone enjoyed homemade cookies made with love by our caregiver Brittany and her son. 🍪❤️

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to our angels this year. You truly brightened the Christmas season for our Hartford Estates residents and made it so special 🎄💫

We were so blessed tonight by a wonderful homeschooling group who came and sang for us! 🎶❤️ There were so many smiles 😊 and so much Christmas cheer 🎄✨ filling the room. Thank you SO much for stopping by, sharing your beautiful voices 🎤, and spreading joy, love, and the true spirit of Christmas ✝️🎄 with our residents. We truly appreciate you! ❤️✨

🐾 Special Visit at Hartford Estates! 🐾

Today we had a wonderful visit from the Washington County Humane Society! They brought along two adorable 8-week-old kittens 🐱 and a guinea pig 🐹 that absolutely stole everyone’s hearts.

Our residents enjoyed learning about the history of how the Washington County Humane Society began and even discovered what a herpetologist is 🦎📚.

Smiles were everywhere, and the residents truly loved this hands-on, educational visit. We’re already looking forward to seeing them again in six months, when they’ll return with different animals! 🐾❤️

We have a new addition to house 2! This beautiful piano was donated by a resident and their family. If anyone would like to play for us we would greatly appreciate it! We also have a piano in house 1 that could be played on too!

🎄❄️ Hartford Estates enjoyed a merry, magic-filled Christmas week! ❄️🎄

Our halls were filled with holiday cheer as we ✂️ created Christmas cards, 🍪 decorated gingerbread houses, and 🎶 welcomed our very first Christmas carolers along with a sweet Girl Scout troop spreading joy and smiles.

🐾💚 We were also thrilled to have our first visit from Ava the Golden Doodle, bringing cozy cuddles and extra Christmas happiness!

A week full of twinkling lights, warm hearts, festive fun, and Christmas spirit 🎁✨
So thankful for these joyful holiday moments! 🎅❤️🎄
