Our members were busy this afternoon moving their bodies while playing a spirited game of indoor volleyball!

We have recently started a new exercise program to encourage members to get moving again after being isolated during the lockdown. Members who participate in 10 or more exercise classes in the month of May will be entered to win a special raffle!

The Retreat Assisted-Living in Hartford is now making small group gatherings available to the members (for the first time in a year since the start of the pandemic!), and that includes use of the internet cafe room for table games, like Jenga!
