Embracing Change: Finding Growth in the Unknown 🌿

Here are three ways to embrace change with balance and self-compassion:

🍃 Release the Need for Perfection – Growth isn’t linear. It’s okay to learn, stumble, and adjust as you go.
🍃 Reflect on What the Change Is Teaching You – Every shift carries a message. Pause to ask what this season is revealing about your resilience.
