You don’t need stricter rules. You need a new relationship with your body.

Emotional eating.

Sugar isn’t the enemy. Shame is.

For years, I thought food was the problem. I tried to fix, restrict, and control—hoping for peace. But what I really needed to release was shame.

Shame for not being “enough.”
Shame for not fitting in.
Shame for using food to cope.

But sugar was never the villain. It was comfort. A moment of sweetness in a life that felt too much.
