Men, take charge of your prostate health. A PSA screening (a simple blood test) is recommended at your Annual Wellness Visit if you meet the guidelines: usually starting at age 50, or 45 if you have risk factors.

Don’t ignore any warning signs, even if they seem mild:
• Trouble urinating
• Weak urine flow
• Blood in urine
• Pelvic discomfort

Talk to your doctor if you have any concerns. Early attention can make a difference.
