Lauren Taylor is a WHY Power 200-RYT & Barre Instructor certified by exhale & Balanced Body Barre. A fitness enthusiast and dancer since she was 5, Lauren’s fitness-related background includes Belly Dance & Pole Dance Fitness. Lauren had been dedicated to practicing Yoga for over 10 years & Barre for 5 years. She also follows and lives a Macrobiotic/Vegetarian/Whole Food diet and lifestyle. Lauren’s eclectic background includes musician/music therapy, speech/language pathology and working with children having special needs. This skill set has provided her with the ability to lead a class with grace, compassion, confidence and a fun music playlist. With her students she hopes to spread her love of Yoga & Barre and its ability to flavor life with challenge, balance, strength and mindfulness.
