want to come lift, then hit, well - we got you covered there too. A luxury not always afforded to everyone. It can take years to learn some of the complicated self-defense techniques taught in traditional styles. Learn what works the first time, no "secret" techniques that take years to learn. Simple, straight forward self-defense techniques are taught first to ensure your safety now, not in 5-10 years.
