Today’s message is brought to you by Psalm 66. ✨🙏🏼

How fitting that today’s message deals with praise and thanksgiving. I’m reminded that, when the obstacles come our way, it is our opportunity to use our gifts. Papito Dios gave us all the tools. We have everything we need and for that we should always give thanks. This weekend I read Ezekiel and as I read the Psalm I reflected on Ezekiel 56. I am reminded that as I give my gratitude I should always remain humble and never judge or make fun have my neighbor for what they may or may not have.

This week my invitation to you all is to reflect on all that you have and give thanks for the opportunities that encourage you to grow.

To prep my bowl: I smudge cleansed with incense, filled my vessel with cool tap water, said my prayers out loud, lit my candle, and went about my business. In 3 days we’ll come back and use the water to bless my self and the door 🚪 so we can bring in the abundance we seek.

🌞🌊High Tide & Good Vibes: The Sequel 🌊🌞

✨If you missed the first one here’s your chance to catch it again. High Tide & Good Vibes will be back for a part 2!

✨We’ll meet up for 5pm to get settled and set up our space and will start our meditation and flow for 5:45pm. I am so excited to be planning this again and cannot wait to share space with you all and show you some personal growth 🌱

✨My flow will be beginner friendly but will be appropriate for all experience levels. This practice is for you, I am just your guide. 🧘🏻‍♀️

✨This is a FREE offering. All you need is yourself, your mat, and an open mind (oh, and maybe some water, hydration is important!)

✨Last time, my goal was to offer a BRAVE space where individuals feel inspired to be their most authentic selves. This time my goal is very much the same.

✨Yoga is unity. Yoga is for EVERYONE, ALL ARE WELCOME 🤗

JSYK 💫: my training is a blend of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga ☸️ I frequently incorporate pieces of my own culture in an effort to help reinforce the foundational principles of yoga. I was not born into this practice, nor was it a significant part of my upbringing therefore I recognize there is some form of cultural appropriation present. My hope is to represent the culture and beliefs of Yoga in the most respectful and uplifted way and to the best of my abilities as I continue to expand my knowledge of the practice and apply it in my life.

I taught my first yoga and meditation class today. I’m still processing it all but wow. What an experience. What a blessing.

15 individuals came to take in my first offering. 15 beautiful souls; some strangers, some family, some friends. Forever connected now by being my first students and teachers.

The gratitude is overflowing.
