For the fifth consecutive year, Hartford Hospital has been recognized by the Mitral Foundation for excellence in mitral valve repair surgery!

Hartford Hospital is one of 23 hospitals nationwide, and the only in Connecticut, to earn this prestigious award. Our patients receive the best results through the least invasive approach. We are proud of our world-class cardiovascular team for their unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and superior outcomes.

🎓👏 A big congratulations to the graduates of Project SEARCH! Over the past nine months, these dedicated interns contributed across Hartford Hospital departments including food & nutrition, the gift shop, respiratory, Food4Health, case coordination, environmental services, the Digital Print Shop and the mail room.

Together, they volunteered an incredible 6,026 hours since September 2024. Thank you to our partners at MARC Inc. of Manchester for helping make this impactful program possible!
