Heights of Wellness LLC is a place for you to learn and educate in Wellness. We offer the system to help you to falling in love with life with the approach of “Heal to Love our One body One Life”. Guiding you with the concept of Heal with Joy and sharing with Love by study our “Purposeful Exercise System.”
Our “Purposeful Exercise System” is supported with three programs. The first program called “Purposeful Movement.” In the Purposeful Movement you will learn the fundamental in movement/exercise that you may have missed when you first started out to exercises. Then you will conitune study the “Injury-Free” and “Ageless Exercise” program. This system is developed by integrating the concepts of wellness of both the East and the West, which, consisit of three basic principles in life: Breath Work, Nutrition, and Movement/Exercises.
By learning our “Purposeful Exercises System” it will bring you the results that you have been searching for. Starting with Beautiful Posture/breath work to Joyful Walking, that will give you pain-free lower back and joints, leading you to Playful Cardio, Blissful Hiking, Helpful Balance, Purposeful flexibility and strength, Meaningful Qigong, Insightful Taiji Chuan, Plentiful Energy, and lastly Grateful longevity.
By focus on the awareaness in Injury-Free movements and exercises, we will engage better awareness in breath work, connect another awareness in nutrition and bring the three awarenesses to suport our One Body and One Life.
