Oh, My Goodness, it was an amazing resident family picnic last night!! Everyone enjoyed the music of Bob Welsch, he is a fabulous musician who kept us toe tappin to classic country songs. We raised $215 for the Alzheimer's Association with a 50/50 raffle and the sale of a few resident crafted horseshoes and plant wands!

We used liquid watercolors, an unfamiliar medium to us, for this project. We outlined our images with glue and applied the paint after it dried. The glue added a more defined image, seen more clearly with GiGi's red flower petals pictured below.
