Today, we honor all who have bravely served our country โ but especially the remarkable veterans who call our community home. Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication continue to inspire us every day. โค๏ธ
๐บ๐ธ Jerome Fielmeier proudly served in the United States Army as a Corporal, completing his basic training at Fort Hood, Texas. He dedicated two years to serving his country with strength and integrity, and weโre grateful for his service.
๐บ๐ธ Gerald Uhing served three years of active duty in the United States Navy. During his time of service, he was stationed on a supplier vessel that traveled to Japan, the Philippines, and Hawaii, supporting vital missions around the world.
๐บ๐ธ Lee Lammers served six years in the United States Army National Guard and was stationed in Springfield, South Dakota. His loyalty and dedication reflect a lifelong commitment to service.
๐บ๐ธ Doug Claussen served in the United States Army as part of the Military Police. After completing training at Fort Gordon, Georgia, he spent 11 months stationed in France. Doug's mother was later recognized as an honorary guest for the incredible distinction of having all eight of her sons serve in the military.
๐บ๐ธ Cyril Lammers served two years in the United States Army as a radio operator stationed in Germany. His skill and dedication played a vital role in maintaining communication abroad.
๐บ๐ธ Gerry Arens served two years of active duty in the United States Army during the Korean War. His bravery and commitment during a pivotal time in history will always be remembered.
