We are all experiencing various systems that are in transition and some are simply broken. Being on the outside we don't always know why. This article puts some of the 'why' into perspective. Thank you St. Coletta. I support people being paid based on performance, skill, and knowledge. Sometimes the news makes it sound like it's because organizations like St Coletta's can't find workers but why can't they? Because they're not paying them a descent wage. Why can't they get paid fairly, maybe this article sheds some light on the reason behind the lack of workers. They get paid from what's leftover and they're the ones holding up the rest of the organization. It simply doesn't make sense. St Coletta's has been serving individuals for a 100 years and will continue to do so for another 100 years but not if this trend continues. Thank you St. Coletta
