Our studio environment is supportive and collaborative, where our instructors are committed to self-development and professional excellence. At Catalyst Rehab Studio, our programming completely engages your body and mind while promoting healthy movement. Our integrative approach to our clients is unique to our industry; we are client-centered and members of our team have extensive therapeutic backgrounds and we have an in-house chiropractic and nutrition team. You will learn how to move with more overall awareness and feel what's right for YOUR body, and work appropriately within your current condition, age, or fitness level. Nelly is an esthetician who lives to make people's skin healthy and glowing. With 8+ years in the beauty industry, she creates a safe and relaxing environment for all of her clients whether you're 15 or 80 years old. Yeah, one exercise can do all that! 🤩 The Double Leg Lower/Lift is the 4th exercise in the stomach series, so grab a mat and get lifting (& lowering)!
•Upper body curl, press head into hands, hands into head
•Glue inner thighs together
•Inhale as you lower as far as you can go 𝔀𝓲𝓽𝓱𝓸𝓾𝓽 your lower back lifting up
•Exhaleto lift your legs back up
*Try to maintain your upper body curl throughout!*
CHALLENGE MODE
Lower your legs as close to the mat as possible on your inhale! The lower lower your legs the greater the challenge 🏆
