Our new instructor, Emily, guides you through yin yoga followed by an introduction to sacred healing with a cacao ceremony and meditation by Yesi Montenegro.

January 12 - Visualized Intuition ($35)
Create a vision board and set intention to thoughtfully guide your healing, growth, and faith in 2026. Our director of operations and life coach, Marie, curates this fun event.

January 13 - Breathwork Session ($25)
Sarah Bondar guides you through an evening breathwork session, which helps you bring in space for healing and growth, while releasing what no longer serves you.

January 17 - Embraced Intuition ($85)
