If you’ve started following me recently, you might think this is a grief page — but it’s not! 🌿

I don’t always talk about grief, but that’s just the season I’ve been in. The past year has brought so much change — a long-term relationship ending, learning to be a single mom, and closing my in-person shop (my dream) so I could simplify and breathe again.

As painful as it’s been, I wouldn’t change it. Grief has drawn me closer to God, helped me deeply appreciate peace, and separated the wheat from the chaff — the people and things no longer meant to stay.

Every time I share openly, so many of you reach out with your own stories, and it reminds me why I keep showing up this way. 💛

Through it all, the herbs have been my steady companions — helping me rest when sleep wouldn’t come, calm my anxious heart, and remind my nervous system that safety still lives in my body. Over the years, I’ve spent so much time thinking about grief — believing I had it especially hard.
But I’ve realized that part of living is grieving.

And I don’t know who needs to hear this… but love is infinite.

It’s not a bucket that empties when you give it away — it’s an endless well.

The more your heart breaks, the deeper your capacity to love.

So love freely.
Love your life.
Love your children, your neighbors, the people who broke you, and the souls you’ve yet to meet.

Love the seasons.
Love the way the sun dances on the leaves.
Love your story — and the mystery of how it will continue to unfold.
