If you guys want to see me sitting at my desk, stumbling through a video about Choose Home Care specializes Fall Prevention Program, something that I'm really excited about because falling poses such a real threat to our seniors and if we can help just ONE more person stay out of the hospital then I would consider this a massive success. Also it would make me feel so much better about posting this awkward video....😁

Tip of the week: Grab Bars are a cost effective way to help safely transfer into/out of the shower as well as onto/off the toilet. They generally cost between $20-$30, can be found at most hardware stores like Home Depot or Lowe's, and are fairly easy to install.

Tip of the week: 30%+ of all falls that happen in the home are due to environmental hazards. Make sure your walking paths are clear and especially on a rainy day make sure that wet shoes dont create a slipping hazard. Be safe all!
