The weekend is here, making today a perfect day to hit the beach! Today we celebrate the natural beauty of our local beaches while remembering to keep them clean and safe. GMR shares tips about how to enjoy :
• Gather a group of friends and organize a clean-up of a nearby beach.
Have a BBQ or picnic.
• Take photos of wildlife, sand and water.
• If planning to swim, look for signs at the entrance to the beach for local safety information.
• Remember to apply sunscreen at least 15 minutes before entering the water.
• Never swim alone and never swim under the influence of alcohol.
• Take all garbage with you when you leave.
Enjoy your day at the beach and thank you for doing your part to keep it clean!

As our employees make it home we are super thankful for them and the opportunity to serve where we are needed.

Today, some of our crews participated in a biannual vent class for the LTV 1200 at Lifeguard Ambulance Service - Florence, Alabama. Topics covered were vent theory, vent alarms, vent settings and vent terminology. We would like to thank Jeff Street from Air Evac Lifeteam Shoals for an awesome class!
