LATE CANCELLATIONS/SCHEDULING POLICY:

Your massage session is reserved especially for you! Out of respect for our staff and all clients who are on our waiting list, we require a full 24 hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. As a courtesy, we offer text and email confirmations that are sent out 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations or no shows are su

bject to a cancellation fee amounting in 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. You may be required to keep a credit card on file at the time of booking. Your credit card will never be used without your authorization. All new clients will be required to pay a $25 nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking. The booking fee will be used towards the cost of your service. If you are going to be late to your appointment, please notify us immediately. If you are more than ten minutes late, your service may need to be cut short or rescheduled to ensure that we remain on time for our next client. If your service has to be cut short, you may be required to pay the full price of your original scheduled service. If your appointment has to be rescheduled, you will be required to pay the late cancellation fee.

**All fees must be paid in full before another service can be scheduled. We promise we will always do our very best to be understanding and work with you the best we can! We are so grateful for your business and appreciate your understanding and respect of our policies.

Kindred Spirits Massage Therapy is proud to announce our new location within the walls of 36West, located at 209 Main St W, Hartselle.
Upon entering 36 West, you will experience the culture and hard work of local small town retailers, such as; RAW Images, Southern Peach Bookstore and Bontique, L & L Creations and, of course, us, Kindred Spirits Massage. We ask that you have a seat, up front, in the waiting area that has been provided for the general public OR feel free to visit the shops while you wait. We will come up front & let you know when we are ready for you, as we do not have a waiting area within the walls of our new space.

Email and text notifications will be sent out to our current clientele concerning hours of operation, parking, entry to the building and new policies, etc.

We will have a $10 price increase on all Swedish, Deep tissue, and Prenatal massages, as well as, a $10+ increase on all whole body cryotherapy sessions beginning next Monday, November 13th.

This is due to an overwhelming increase in the cost of supplies over the past year. We pride ourselves in giving you a high quality service each and every time you visit us, and it is vital to us that we continue to perform at the highest level for all of our clients.

We do not take price increases lightly. We acknowledge the loyalty and support that so many of you have given us over the years, and we will continue to offer as many money saving packages and memberships as possible.

Please discuss any questions or concerns you may have about the new pricing with your massage therapist.

***Please note that all past gift cards will still be honored.
***If you are currently on a membership, have a series package, etc. your massage price will remain the same for the duration of your contract.
