Meet the Team - Kayley Henderlong, Wellness Coordinator
🔵Kayley holds a Kinesiology degree from the University of Alabama and several certifications, including ACSM-certified Exercise Physiologist and ACE-certified Personal Trainer. She uses her expertise to support additional LifeWork wellness areas, and we are thankful to have her on our team!
🔵Kayley is a former competitive gymnast and her favorite part about LifeWork is her coworkers, "They are always so positive and uplifting, and I love that everyone gets along."
