TONE & STRETCH at 4:15PM
30 minutes of toning exercises using hand weights followed by 30 minutes of stretching

Relax & Restore Yoga at 5:30PM
60 minute yoga practice

Classes are $10 each for drop in or,
Purchase a 10 Class punch card for $80 (2 free classes)
