Guess what is ready?!?!

Yep…Elderberry Syrup! This is round 2 and seriously all I’ll make this year.

Why do I make small batches? Because I grow almost everything myself and my supply is still small…or I purchase from small businesses. I grow the elderberries and the ginger myself, the honey is always local (this year I used Black Creek Apiaries because I couldn’t get out to see my bee man Philip!), and I do order and use organic cinnamon, marshmallow and cloves. Soon I’ll grow marshmallow myself 🙌🏼

With each year passing I sell out quicker and quicker…so look forward to an elderberry syrup making class with me soon!!
