Even as healers we have bad days. I had a very bad mental health day a few days ago and knew I couldn’t stay in that mindset because my energy transfers into my clients, so I forced myself to write a list of 10 positive things in my life and post in where I would see it throughout my sessions so I could see there was always something to be thankful for.

It’s ok to have bad days, it’s ok to want to do nothing, as long as we come back. Some days are so much harder than others, and that’s ok too. It’s ok to not be ok!
