We want to share an update about our cancellation policy. 🤍
We completely understand that life happens — schedules change, unexpected things come up, and sometimes plans just don’t work out. We truly try to be as understanding and accommodating as possible.
At the same time, we kindly ask that you take our providers’ time into consideration. When appointments aren’t canceled in a timely manner, it prevents us from offering that spot to another client who may be waiting and affects our team’s schedule.
Moving forward, we will be implementing our updated cancellation policy. We simply ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel, you please do so within the required notice period. This helps us serve everyone better and respect the time set aside just for you.
