Stress doesn’t just disappear on its own—it builds up in your body, your mind, and your mood.
That’s why it’s so important to have your thing—whatever helps you breathe a little easier.

Maybe it’s yoga.
Maybe it’s walking the dog in silence.
Maybe it’s turning your phone on Do Not Disturb and getting a massage.

You don’t have to earn rest. You just have to recognize when you need it—and then give yourself permission to take it.
